The first two Yoga Therapy Workshops will be given at HUA on August 28 and 29:
· Saturday, August 28 – Workshops on a) Rheumatoid Arthritis and b) Back Pain
· Sunday, August 29 – Workshops on a) Stress Management for Excessive Tension and b) Hypertension and Ischemic Heart Disease.
The Workshops will be given in morning and afternoon sessions (8:00am to 1:00pm and 2:00pm to 6:oopm). The Workshop fee is $30. 00 for a single session; $50.00 for two sessions. Checks should be made out to Hindu University of America.
